We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, refunds are normally processed after collection. We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk, include your order details, including full name, address and item(s), reason for return, delivery date and include an image of unassembled item in its original packaging.

The Lux Extended Modular Feather-Filled Sofa is the standard Lux modular system in extended length — 295cm of feather-topped 3-seater built from connectable pieces.

The feather-topped difference

This piece sits in our feather-filled family (Kensington, Lux, and Regent all share the same construction). Duck-feather topped seats give you a yielding, sink-in finish that plain foam cushions can't match — the feather layer compresses where you sit and holds shape where you don't. The pillow-back Quallofibre filling is equally generous, rearranging to your back and shoulders as you settle in.
