How long does delivery usually take?
Most standard mainland UK sofa orders aim for a 1–2 week delivery window where stock, production and courier routing allow. Some remote areas, custom items or busy periods may take longer.
Do I need to check access before ordering?
Yes. Please measure doors, hallways, stairs, lifts and tight turns. If you are unsure, send us photos or measurements before ordering so we can advise.
Can I pay a deposit and the rest on delivery?
Selected orders may be available with a deposit and remaining balance paid on delivery. Availability can depend on product, address and order details.
Do you offer finance?
Finance options may be available at checkout through approved providers. Finance is subject to status, approval and provider terms.
Can I order fabric swatches first?
Yes. Fabric swatches are recommended before choosing a colour, especially with neutral tones, velvet finishes and rooms with changing light.
Can sofas be customised?
Selected sofas may be available in custom fabrics, colours, sizes or configurations. Contact us before ordering if you need a bespoke option.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty cover depends on the product, but may include frame manufacturing defects and general manufacturing faults. Wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage are not usually covered.
Can I return a sofa if it does not suit my room?
Return eligibility depends on timing, condition, packaging and whether the item is standard or customised. Contact us quickly after delivery if you have concerns.
When should I report an issue?
Please inspect your furniture on delivery and contact us as soon as possible with photos, your order number and a clear explanation.
How do I choose between left-hand and right-hand sofas?
Stand facing the sofa from the front. The side with the longer chaise or corner section determines whether it is left-hand or right-hand facing.
