How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 weeks to mainland UK addresses.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. We offer 0% APR finance, Klarna, PayPal Pay in 3, and Shop Pay for up to 12 monthly instalments available at checkout.

What if I don't like it when it arrives?

You're covered by our 14-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll arrange collection and issue a full refund. If you initiate a return within the first 48-hour trial, collection is free.

Are your sofas really handmade in the UK?

Yes. Every frame, cushion, and upholstered surface is built by our British craftspeople in our workshop.

Can I customise the size and fabric?

Absolutely. Most ranges are fully customisable — choose your dimensions, fabric and more.

Is there a showroom I can visit?

We don't run a high-street showroom — which is how we keep our prices so sharp. But we do offer fabric samples and a hassle-free returns policy. You can also visit our Lancashire workshop by appointment.
