What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all standard items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply contact us before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that outlet and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does delivery take?
Most items are delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date of order. We offer delivery to your room of choice, and an assembly service is available on all sofas. You'll receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer finance or buy now pay later?
Yes — we offer interest-free instalments through Klarna, PayPal ClearPay and Monthly Finance at checkout.
Can I see the fabric in person before ordering?
We recommend requesting a fabric swatch sample before committing to a larger order. This lets you check the colour and texture in your own home lighting before you buy.
Are your sofas available in custom sizes or configurations?
Many of our sofa ranges are available in multiple configurations including left-hand, right-hand, corner, U-shape and modular layouts. If you need something specific, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
