We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

What is not covered?

• Wear & tear
• Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
• Failure to maintain
• Commercial or institutional use
• A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
• Any item where an alteration has been carried out
• Clearance and/or display products
• Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, refunds are normally processed after collection. We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk, include your order details, including full name, address and item(s), reason for return, delivery date and include an image of unassembled item in its original packaging.
