Will it get through the door?
Measure the narrowest doorway, corridor, stairway, lift and any tight turn. For sofa modules around 110cm deep, allow at least 75cm clear doorway width. If access is unusual, WhatsApp us photos or measurements before ordering.

The Velour, in Black
The Velour Black Velvet Pillow Back Sofa is the black colourway of our softest range — premium velvet upholstery, embedded foam seats with fibre topper, sumptuous pillow backs. The black velvet reads dramatically different from cream — lower-key, more design-led, the right pick for rooms with stronger overall colour palettes.
Chaise size & delivery access
The standard Velour chaise is 215cm long and arrives as one large, single piece. Please check that your doorways, hallways, stairways and any tight turns provide enough access to carry it into your chosen room before ordering.
If access is limited, you can request a two-part chaise that joins together using clips. Because the seat cushions are embedded into the sofa, the gap between the two sections will remain visible when they are connected.
Alternatively, you can choose a shorter 175cm chaise. Please let us know before ordering if you would like either the two-part chaise or the shorter 175cm option so we can confirm your requirements.
Sink-in comfort, engineered properly
Velour is our softest range, and there's real engineering behind that softness. Embedded seats — high-density foam built into the sofa base — topped with a generous fibre layer. The result is that first cloud-like sink when you sit down, with proper structural foam underneath that keeps shape for years. Pillow backs are filled with Quallofibre.

How does Pay on Delivery work?
Choose Pay on Delivery at checkout. Pay a £200 deposit to secure the sofa, then pay the remaining balance when it is delivered.
How long will my sofa take to arrive?
Most standard mainland UK sofa orders aim for a 1–2 week delivery window where production and route planning allow. Custom orders, remote locations and busy periods can take longer.
What should I measure before ordering?
Measure the room and complete delivery route: doors, hallways, stairs, lifts and tight turns. Send us photos if you are unsure.
Can I return the sofa if it does not suit the room?
Eligible standard sofas are covered by the 48-hour home trial, subject to the published returns conditions. Bespoke/custom orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
