We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, refunds are normally processed after collection. We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk, include your order details, including full name, address and item(s), reason for return, delivery date and include an image of unassembled item in its original packaging.

Not every living room needs a 250cm sofa. The Verno Scatterback 3 Seater is built for the British terrace, the flat lounge, the sitting room that actually measures what it measures. At 193cm wide and 90cm deep, it gives you three proper seats without demanding a room bigger than the one you have.

Scatter back means personal cushions

The scatterback design means the back isn't a fixed fibre-pillow build — it's a cluster of individual scatter cushions you can rearrange, move aside, or double up on. It makes the sofa feel less formal and more lived-in, and it means each person sitting down can adjust the support to them.

Essentials build, honest quality

Verno is part of our essentials range. Solid kiln-dried hardwood frame, high-density foam seats, proper Quallofibre-filled scatter cushions. Medium-firm sit — supportive for daily use, comfortable for the long evening.
