We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

- Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
- Failure to maintain
- Commercial or institutional use
- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
- Any item where an alteration has been carried out
- Clearance and/or display products
- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

Free & easy returns
We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, refunds are normally processed after collection. We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk, include your order details, including full name, address and item(s), reason for return, delivery date and include an image of unassembled item in its original packaging.

At 450cm across, the Melton XL U-Shape is our largest piece — a proper cinema-sofa footprint designed for the kind of living room that's been knocked through into the kitchen or the kind of media room that deserves a statement piece. Extra-deep 194cm returns on one side, 122cm on the other, and a 96cm footstool for the extra stretch-out.

The Melton is built with extra-deep fibre-topped seats — the kind of depth that properly supports lying down rather than just sitting. Seat height is 50cm, generous seat depth of 59cm, back height 72cm. Everything about the proportions is designed around the long evening, the three-film marathon, the Sunday afternoon nap.

A sofa this size needs careful delivery planning. Our two-person team delivers direct to your room of choice, and we'll call the day before to confirm access and the 2-hour time window. If you're unsure whether the Melton will fit, WhatsApp us a photo of your hallway and doorways before ordering.
