Lifetime warranty
We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

- Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
- Failure to maintain
- Commercial or institutional use
- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
- Any item where an alteration has been carried out
- Clearance and/or display products
- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

Free & easy returns
We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, refunds are normally processed after collection. We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk, include your order details, including full name, address and item(s), reason for return, delivery date and include an image of unassembled item in its original packaging.

The Chelton Corner Sofa is our essentials-tier L-shape — a genuinely well-built British corner sofa at a price most families can actually commit to. It seats four comfortably, five at a push, with a 212cm main arm and a 168cm return that fits neatly into most living-room corners.
Firm, honest comfort
Chelton sits in our essentials range, which means we've focused on what matters: a solid hardwood frame, high-density foam cushions that keep their shape, and Quallofibre backs that stay plump. The seat is medium-firm — supportive for everyday use, with enough give for a long film night. If you want the cloud-soft sink of a feather-filled sofa, look at the Kensington range; the Chelton is the honest, everyday workhorse.

Every Chelton is still handmade in our UK workshop. Still kiln-dried hardwood frame. Still 10-year guarantee. Still delivered in 1-2 weeks. The only difference between essentials-range and premium-range pieces is the seat fill complexity and fabric tier — not the fundamentals of the build.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your furniture. Returns are free and stress-free within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, you can still return within 14 days — a £299 collection fee applies. Items must be in original condition. Contact our team to arrange collection. More info
