48-hour home trial & returns

Eligible standard sofas include our 48-hour at-home trial. If the standard sofa is not right for your home, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and follow the return instructions.

Bespoke or custom orders — including custom sizes, non-standard fabrics/colours or made-to-request configurations — are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty goods, are unaffected.

Handmade to order in Britain, this sofa combines a responsibly sourced hardwood frame with concealed glider feet and carefully tailored Luxe Chenille upholstery. Seating pieces use supportive domed foam seat cushions, fibre-filled pillow backs and foam bolster rolls for a relaxed, shape-retaining sit.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Once confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time slot. Northern Ireland: please allow up to 4 working weeks (£199 courier charge, ground floor only). More info

White Glove Service

Every delivery is fully white glove, completely free to mainland UK ground floor. Includes:
— Room of choice delivery
— Assembly and installation on request
— Sofa plumping and packaging removal

Upstairs delivery: £99. Remote postcodes (AB, TR, TQ, PL, CT): £80 fuel surcharge. Scottish Highlands: contact us for a quote.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your furniture. Returns are free and stress-free within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, you can still return within 14 days — a £299 collection fee applies. Items must be in original condition. Contact our team to arrange collection. More info
