Stock & Lead Times
We have hundreds of products in stock and ready to go. Made-to-order products are typically ready within 3–10 working days, as we are a UK-based, factory-direct company selling straight to you with no middleman.
Our lead time is 3–14 working days for 99% of products. For some remote areas of England, Wales and Scotland, delivery may take slightly longer than 14 working days.
White Glove Delivery Service
All deliveries are a full white glove service. Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully bring your furniture to a room of your choice, then unpack, assemble and even plump your sofa if required — leaving it looking a million dollars.
For sofas, assembly is available upon request.

Upstairs delivery is £99 regardless of order value and must be communicated to us before delivery day.
Remote Areas & Surcharges
For some remote postcodes including AB, TR, TQ, PL, CT, Scottish Highlands (KW, PH) and similar areas, an additional delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Northern Ireland Deliveries
- Delivery charge: £199 (third-party courier)
- Ground floor delivery only — no assembly included
- Please allow up to 4-6 working weeks for delivery
Things to Check Before We Arrive
Before your delivery day, please make sure of the following:
- Will it fit? All product pages include detailed measurements. If you are unsure whether your sofa or bed will fit through doors, hallways or staircases, please contact us before ordering. If products cannot be delivered on the day due to access issues and need to be redelivered, a £100 redelivery charge will apply
- Correct details — please double check that your delivery address and contact details on your order are accurate
- Access & parking — please ensure there is clear access and suitable parking for our delivery team. If anything is out of the ordinary, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate
Your Delivery Day
We will contact you 2–3 days before your delivery with confirmation. If you have requested delivery around a specific date, we will do our best to honour this — please allow for a possible 2–3 day window either side.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team confirming your time window.
On Arrival
- Our team will park safely and bring your furniture to a room of your choice (ground floor)
- For upstairs deliveries, payment must be arranged with us in advance
- Please inspect your furniture carefully whilst the drivers are present
- Only sign the delivery paperwork once you are fully satisfied with your order
- Once paperwork is signed, any return request will incur a £100 delivery fee
Returns
We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Items must be in their original condition and free from damage
- Returns requested after signing the delivery paperwork will incur a £100 delivery fee

Old Sofa Removal & Recycling 🛋️
We now offer a sofa recycling and removal service for just £249.
Simply disassemble your old sofa and have it ready for our drivers to collect on your delivery day. A great way to responsibly dispose of your old furniture without the hassle.
