To start a return, simply contact us before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that outlet and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does delivery take?
Most items are delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date of order. We offer delivery to your room of choice, and an assembly service is available on all sofas. You'll receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.
