Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your estimated delivery date. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time slot.

White Glove Delivery Service

All deliveries are a full white glove service. Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver to a room of your choice, unpack, assemble and even plump your sofa or bed if required — leaving it looking a million dollars.

For sofas, assembly is available upon request.

Delivery Charges

• Ground floor delivery is free
• Deliveries requiring items to be taken upstairs — £99, regardless of order value

Remote Areas & Surcharges

For some remote postcodes including AB, TR, TQ, PL, CT, Scottish Highlands (KW, PH) and similar areas, an additional delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Northern Ireland Deliveries

• Delivery charge: £199 (third-party courier)
• Ground floor delivery only — no assembly included

Please allow up to 4 working weeks for delivery

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer free and stress-free returns within 48 hours of delivery.

After the 48-hours time has passed, you can still return within 14 days, but a collection fee will be charged, at £299.

To arrange a return, simply contact our team and we will organise a collection for you. Items must be in their original condition and free from damage.

CK Living Ltd provides a lifetime structural warranty and 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all products, covering manufacturing faults and defects from the date of delivery.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team at customersupport@ckliving.co.uk or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note the warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Colour fading due to sunlight exposure
